Web Store Management
Fónua continues to be an integral component in enabling partners to increase its online sales performance for handsets and accessories. Fónua delivers integrated real time virtual inventory to partners online channel enabling full confidence of guaranteed order fulfillment upon request. Our integrated approach to this channel covers order capture, virtual inventory, order fulfillment status updates, proof of delivery, product bundling/kitting and personalisation of promotional material.
Instant Ship Mobile App
Fónua’s mobile app enables accessory purchases across a range of handset and tablet devices to service an instant ship model direct to the end user. The app is designed as a white label offering enabling local branding and language capabilities to be overlaid where required. Encompassed within the app are full payment capabilities by credit card and debit card through the Sagepay payment gateway and also Paypal for that extra peace of mind for the end user.
The Fónua Portal is the central interface with all of our clients in Ireland. It is the common platform for application delivery into our clients. This is where we deliver all of our online services into our clients. This Portal provides a standard development environment, standard development rules, common structures, reusable solutions in the background all of which enable rapid deployment & delivery of new applications & new clients. It will provide a consistent look and feel with secure access control and procedures for all of Fónua’s applications.
Reverse Logistics Portal
We have a “store site” online solution that is the home for a number of retail related applications that are currently used by our clients. We enable the retail stores to centrally manage their Returns and DOA processes for both handsets and accessories via these online tools. There is also an accessory specific “recall” tool to aid our accessory customers manage product recalls and end of life, this is particularly relevant to the end of life process we deliver via our accessory offering. All of these applications are integrated with our carrier partners and our own ERP system.
White Label E-Commerce Solutions
We design white label online solution enabling our partners to offer online services without having to invest in creating the technology and infrastructure itself. We provide specialist services such as direct ship app and online sites which enable partners to brand effectively for local markets.
This Fónua online solution allows customers to trade in their old handsets for a cash value. The trade in value is determined by the make, model and working condition of the handset from the Fónua trade-In database which is a rules and price sensitive driven model for calculating the average selling price of a trade in product.
Online Repair Solution
Our online repairs application utilised across by many of our key customers across multiple channels. The application allows Retail Stores and Corporate users to log handset repairs to be returned and repaired by engineers at the Fónfix Repairs Hub, it provides real time updates on the status of a repair, detailed engineers comments on a repair, estimated prices for repairs, in and out of warranty rules. It is used to report by store / by region / by organisation on the repair volumes and statuses of repairs.
Business Intelligent Reporting
Fónua has deployed various reporting applications throughout the business such as Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain/Purchasing, IT, PMO, and Accessories via our own internal reporting intranet. Our in-house IT development team can create any bespoke report from any data source on the Fónua Reporting Portal. The application can be accesses via the internet on an external PC, a tablet, or smartphone. Customers can be granted ‘extranet licences’ which enables access to granted reports outside of Fónua’s network.
