Our in-house marketing department specialises in the creation of bespoke permanent and semi-permanent point of sale solutions for leading retailers. We can manage all aspects of display unit delivery from initial concept to design, production, installation and on-going product merchandising.
Promotional Field Marketing
Fónua’s team of Retail Account Executives provide nationwide support to our key brand partner. Our team’s main purpose is to drive awareness of key launches in store. Our team work on a tactical basis on product campaigns, providing training on handsets and accessories. The team also execute regular incentives to promote product and drive sales. The field based team provide stores with valuable product material ensuring that they are armed with all they require to do their job effectively. The team also have focus groups with key suppliers on a regular basis making product recommendations based on the feedback in the field.
Campaign & Promotional Management
Fónua manage an integrated sales and marketing programme to drive additional revenues through managing a monthly promotional calendar. Through the monthly planning meetings Fónua will align offers with key in store device activities and roadmap. Fónua will use seasonal events and exclusive offers to generate store traffic and excite sales. From brand supported to promotions to space sponsorship, OEM subsidy bundles to attachment rate initiatives driving additional sales is at the core of everything we do.
Product and Packaging Collateral
Designing and manufacturing high-quality packaging solutions is one of our core competencies. We have put years of experience into developing individual packaging solutions for the Retail channel. We take the needs and desires of end customers into account while designing and manufacturing cardboard and blister packaging. We aim towards increasing product awareness with innovative packaging solutions at POS. Innovation is at the core of all our packaging solutions. We realise the importance of customer navigation in store and we design clearly categorised brands with descriptive product labelling. To aid the customer in their buying decision we have also included clever touch and feel elements, and clearly promote the key selling points. Corporate Social Responsibilty is also an extension of our brands and we work with partners to promote their CSR’s in own brand product.
Brand Partnership Programme
Fónua operate a premium brand partner model with key brands across a number of categories where there is mutual benefit to having exclusive in-store presence and brand association. This will allow a partner approach to growing sales whilst also delivering the following range refresh and updates, exclusivity and incentives. Through the partnership we will work with both customer and supplier on effective launch initiatives such as PR and events.
In Store Execution
As part of our the outsourced model Fónua will deliver an in store execution plan which is designed to help drive sales through improved customer interaction and navigation. As part of our in store merchandising process Fónua has developed a number of retail support tools designed to help the consumer navigate around the high SKU offering store and thus make an informed choice of product prior to engaging with retail staff.
